Oven from frozen
Instructions: For best results cook from frozen. Pre-heat oven to correct temperature. 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 15 mins Place potato stars in a single layer on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook to a golden colour and do not overcook. Do not exceed stated cooking temperature or time. When cooking smaller portions, reduce cooking time to avoid excess browning.

Great alternative to chips, toddler loves them
These potato stars are crispy on the outside with mashed potato inside so are soft inside. A nice size as an accompaniment to almost any main meal, pie, fry-up or chops.
