Ruined by being chopped up. Not a premium product.
Why is this chopped? I won't be buying, because i need whole leaves.

Same problem as Kale. If you chop it then you can't cook it properly. The stems and the leafy parts cook at different rates. either one is under cooked or the other ruined by over cooking. Takes little time to strip the leaves, leave them whole and the cook can choose how they wish to prepare and cook them. so annoying and wasteful as the ends of the chopped stems dry out.
Waste of money
Was given this as a substitute when whole leaf was temporarily discontinued. Horrible stuff – as other reviewers have commented, lots of stem and takes ages to prepare. Not a premium product, a real waste of money. Pleased to see the whole leaf version back on the shelves, which gets 5 stars from me.
PLEASE DONT CHOP IT!
My favourite vegatable but spoilt by being chopped, why do you supplters do this?
Why does it have stems
I don't want to be buying this version of cavalo nero, but you leave me no choice
Ditch this and bring back full leaf kale
Will Tesco listen to its customers and reintroduce the full leaf version over this pointless cut kale leaf??
why slice it.? .much easier to remove the hard stem from a whole leaf
too much stalk
I normally buy whole kale. I'm not going to buy this because of reviews and I fell fowl of the chopped ordinary kale which had same comments as you have for this kale. Please listen to customers
Disappointing cavolo nero
The 200g bag of sliced cavolo nero contained 115g of tough stems that I had to discard. I expected more of Tesco ‘finest’.
Horrid cross cut kale can't remove stems
This is not whole leaf kale you can trim just tender leafy parts. These are cross cuts so impossible to remove hard stems in the centre. Meaning you can't use it for salad and leaves stingy bits in smoothies. Horrid idea. And shorter shelf life.
