Don’t slice, leave it whole
I prefer to prepare myself not to spend too much time getting rid of hard stalk
Not very “finest”
Rubbish. Certainly not “finest” it was literally a bag of hard stalks, the bit you’d normally throw away. Or compost.
Don't bother with this
why cut it - not everyone needs it cut. we don't need the stalks and there seems to be a lot in the pack. Not suitable for every recipe I se

Why on earth have you started cutting this up? Please realise that the correct way to prepare it is to remove the stalk!! Never again will I buy this dreadful item.
Ruined by being chopped up. Not a premium product.
Why is this chopped? I won't be buying, because i need whole leaves.

Same problem as Kale. If you chop it then you can't cook it properly. The stems and the leafy parts cook at different rates. either one is under cooked or the other ruined by over cooking. Takes little time to strip the leaves, leave them whole and the cook can choose how they wish to prepare and cook them. so annoying and wasteful as the ends of the chopped stems dry out.
Waste of money
Was given this as a substitute when whole leaf was temporarily discontinued. Horrible stuff – as other reviewers have commented, lots of stem and takes ages to prepare. Not a premium product, a real waste of money. Pleased to see the whole leaf version back on the shelves, which gets 5 stars from me.
PLEASE DONT CHOP IT!
My favourite vegatable but spoilt by being chopped, why do you supplters do this?
Why does it have stems
I don't want to be buying this version of cavalo nero, but you leave me no choice
Ditch this and bring back full leaf kale
Will Tesco listen to its customers and reintroduce the full leaf version over this pointless cut kale leaf??
