Instructions: 200°C/ Fan 180°C/Gas 6 20-23mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/ GAS 6 30-33mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Would be surprised if this was chicken breast. Very chewy. The whole point of an escalope is that it makes the meat more tender. If this is Tesco Finest I don’t want to try their Value range

Somewhat tough chicken enveloped in thick stodgy coating. Am not tempted to try again.
