better environmentally, but more faff to use
Biodegradable without a big plastic resealable lid on each pack - much better environmentally, but more faff to use. At least with a baby you get though a pack quick enough that the wipes don't dry out with the not so great sticker seal.
Can't beat Fred n Flo
They aren't as good as they were a while ago, but stand their own against any other wipes and at a reasonable price.
Good value and have the ideal amount of moisture.
Used these for 20 years now for medical reasons. They are now without the plastic click lock,, which is understandable. Unfortunately the sticky closure doesn't last. I have kept one with the plastic lock and have cut the end to slide the new ones in. It isn't ideal but have not yet been able to buy a container to put them in. Maybe the solutiin is to use a Tesco zip freezer bag.
Biodegradable but no longer fit for purpose!
Whilst making these wipes biodegradable is great for the planet, they're no longer fit for purpose! They're so thin and break up so easily - cannot use on my baby! Loved these wipes previously, but have now switched to another brand.
Awful quality, so disappointed
These are awful quality, used to be my favourite brand of baby wipes but these have changed for the worse. Very thin and dry, no use for removing make up as previously done, they just wipe the makeup around your face! So disappointed and I've bought a box of 12!!
Not sure what you have changed in these but I've u
Not sure what you have changed in these but I've used these for 8 years now and this last box is terrible, horrible feel and smell to them
Rubbish
Absolutely rubbish being forced into buying these instead if regular wipes, thin horrid feel just down right rubbish
Ignore the bad feedback from others These are fab!
I have been using biodegradable wipes since my baby was born 6 months ago and I have never had any issues with them! The quality is absolutely fine for what it's needed for. The fact that these wipes are biodegradable is fantastic and as parents I urge everyone to use them to help save the planet on which they are raising their children! I think the other reviews are shocking saying that Tescos should bring the plastic-filled wipes back.
Change then back - terrible!
As many others have said, since becoming biodegradable the quality in these Tesco’s wipes has drastically reduced. While I applaud Tesco for trying to reduce plastic waste this has in no way improved the product. In addition since becoming biodegradable I assume the ‘formula’ of the wipes has changed as they now give my daughter a terrible rash! I gave away 2 pack (I’d bought a box of 12) to friends who also reported the same thing - a rash!! Not good
Very poor replacement for a formerly great product
My son is 19. We started using wet wipes when he was born and now we all use them so your 12 packs are great. The last box is almost gone and we now have the new one. Which will be returned for refund as we are wholly dissatisfied. Same reasons as everyone else except you seem to have solved "too dry". Ours are "too wet". We have used lots of different brands but settled on the Tesco product ages ago - before you rebranded it to Fred & Flo. The new ones even have inferior pack design. A cheery bright palette has become drab.
