Boil

Instructions: Peel and cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Place into a pan of could water and bring to the boil. Gently simmer until tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and serve.

Instructions: As appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

Instructions: MashingFollow boil instruction as above. Mash and mix together with a knob of butter and a splash of milk.

Oven cook

Instructions: RoastingWash, peel and cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Par-boil the potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes., then drain. Place potatoes onto a roasting tray and coat with 1-2 tablespoon of oil. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/180°C Fan, Gas Mark 6 for 45-60 minutes.Stir halfway through cooking.Thoroughly drain oil and serve.
