Cooking Instructions

Instructions: These instructions are guidelines only.Check food is thoroughly cooked before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Baste sausages in oil. Preheat oven to 190C/380F/Gas Mark 5 and place onto a baking tray on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 30 minutes.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Preheat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to pan and cook for 20 minutes, turning regularly.

Air Fry

Instructions: Suitable for air fryer cooking see manufacturer's instructions.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. To defrost: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Do not refreeze.
