Suitable for home freezing.Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days, taking care not to exceed the use by date. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Important - This is a Raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions.Once browned place in an oven proof dish and follow oven instructions below.Always ensure that the centre of the food is piping hot before serving.Please note the sausagemeat centre will remain pink even when thoroughly cooked.As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.Do not reheat.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan. Remove olives from all packaging and fry for 2-3 mins, turning frequently.

Air Fry

Instructions: Place the olives in the air fryer and cook on 220°C for 2-3 minutes, turning the olives halfway through cooking.Place the olives in the air fryer and cook on 180°C for 16-17 minutes, turning the olives frequently during cooking.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens) /Gas Mark 6. Remove olives from all packaging and place in an oven proof dish, add enough water or stock to ensure the bottom half of each olive is covered. Cover and place the dish in the oven and cook for 35 minutes, turning the olives halfway through cooking. Carefully remove the dish from the oven and serve.
