Microwave

Instructions: Power: High (800W - 900W)Time: 5 mins (800W) 4 1/2 mins (900W)Remove sleeve, peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Heat on full power for 4 1/2 - 5 minutes, stirring half way through. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Oven cook

Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5Time: 20 minsRemove sleeve, peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity.
