Who comes up with the ingredients and dosages for these things? Don't waste your money - this will do little for your joints UNLESS you take the correct dose which is 4g and you must combine with four other ingredients to be effective enough to regrow cartilage....MSM, Chondroitin, UC II from Chicken cartilage and Boron.

These tablets are huge

It would be really useful if Tesco could show the size of these tablets, or even an image of the reverse of the container which gives an indication of tablet size, because these are HUGE! Even using a pill splitter they are difficult to swallow.
