Recipe ruined - please change it back!
Please, Tesco, listen to your customers - your own brand ketchup used to be The Best, preferred above Heinz and above non-Tesco own-brands in our large household. Now my family are begging me not to use it on their food! Whatever you have done to the recipe, please, PLEASE change it back again.
I wouldn’t buy this again. Not a nice flavour, tastes cheap and most of all it exploded over my kitchen twice. Some sort of pressure built up each time I closed it. I had to leave it open. Never seen anything like it!
Recipe has changed. This used to be lovely now it's revolting.
Used to use this all the time. The last bottle l opened had built up pressure in the bottle and squirted all over the kitchen when the seal came of. The taste is also like vinegar. NOT NICE.
Won’t be buying it again, recipe has changed used
Won’t be buying it again, recipe has changed used to love it, such a shame.
Please change back to the original recipe
I'm joining the condemnation of the recent change. I've had a couple and now my son has asked me not to get any more because it tastes "wrong". Bear in mind I hadn't told him about the change of recipe. He just doesn't want any more which is a shame, he has it both on burgers and his chips when I do a "fry-up" I used to use it when making my version of thousand island dressing (mayonnaise, salad cream ,tomato sauce and spices). I won't be doing that again.
Change the recipe back !!
Change the recipe back!! This used to be better than any main brand, but now taste completely vile!! Brought this sauce for years. Very disappointed
Peppery, recipe change for the worse
Recipe appears to have changed. Really peppery. Used to buy this over Heinz. Kids won't eat this version. Change back please.
Have always bought this ketchup... never again. Recipe has changed and is now absolutely vile had to throw away.
Recipe changed, now it's awful
After the recent change of recipe, the ketchup is a cheap, runny, foul tasting gloop. Shame, I used to prefer the Tesco brand over Heinz.
