Preparation and Usage
- Preparation instructions:
- For the cake mix you will need: 1 medium size egg, 40g of melted un-salted butter and 10ml of milk.
- For the pink icing mix you will need: 80g of softened un-salted butter and 5ml of milk.
- 1 Empty the cake mix into a bowl, add the egg, melted un-salted butter and the milk.
- 2 Bring together and beat well for 3 mins, divide the baking cases and place into a muffin tray.
- 3 Equally divide the mixture between the baking cases and bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
- Baking time: bake in a pre-heated oven (180°c conventional, 160°c fan assist, gas mark 4) for approx. 12 mins, when baked remove from the oven and leave to cool on a cooling rack.
- 4 Empty the icing mix into a bowl and add the softened un-salted butter along with the milk.
- 5 Bring together with a spoon then beat until light and smooth.
- 6 Decorate the cakes using the image as a guide and finish by adding the chocolate chips.
