NICE TASTE GOOD PRICE
excellent bread , good tasting .
Enjoyed it
We enjoyed it. Despite negative reviews, decided to see for ourselves - normally have Hovis thick wholemeal - trying to economise wherever we can. Not disappointed with it.
Used to be good, extremely poor now
This USED to be really good. But they changed the recipe, and now it smells both very artificial and like cardboard, and it is dry, crumbly, musty and bland in flavour. Not buying this anymore. Why do you keep doing this quality-reduction thing to all your products, Tesco? Do you think your customers don't notice? Sigh.
It seems to suck the taste right of your mouth. Aw
It seems to suck the taste right of your mouth. Awful bread.
I found this bread to be really tasteless, and aft
I found this bread to be really tasteless, and after a couple of days it had a chemical smell like nail polish. I don't know what they did to it or if it was just a bad batch because a few reviewers said the taste was good. Will not be trying again.
Don't bother
Sorry to be so blunt but this bread has the smell and taste of dog biscuits. It is quite sweet too, dry and falls apart. Used to be good bread but not any more. Why do manufacturers have to use so much sugar in their bread?
This is, without a doubt, the best tasting wholeme
This is, without a doubt, the best tasting wholemeal bread I have ever had. There is no aftertaste and the flavor is distinctive and "soft" on the palate. This is bread that should never be toasted as it would destroy its unique qualities.
Pretty, pretty, pretty good.
Pretty, pretty, pretty good. Perfect toasted with real organic butter or Yeo spreadable organic butter.
