Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. This product may have been previously frozen and restored to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. Defrosted: It is suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 190, 210, 7Time: 18 minsOVEN 210°C/Fan 190°C/ Gas 7 Chilled: 18 mins. Place salmon fillets skin side up on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS For best results pan fry. PAN FRY Chilled: 12 mins. Pan fry skin side down in a little oil over a medium heat for 6 minutes, turn gently and cook for a further 6 minutes.
