Dietary information
Preparation and Usage
Tofu Korma
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Method: Hob. Ingredients: 280g diced tofu; 1 jar of Plant Chef Coconut Korma Sauce; 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil. Method: 1. Heat 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil in a pan, add the tofu and fry for 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown. 2. Add the contents of this jar and stir thoroughly. 3. Cover pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve: Serve with rice.
Why not try adding tenderstem broccoli, kale or fine green beans for colour and texture
