Our experts cure the meat by steeping it in an aged Wiltshire brine for a distinctive salty taste and succulent texture. Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Chilled: 3-4 mins. Start with the frying pan on a medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil. Fry for 3 minutes, turning half way through cooking. For extra crispy bacon cook for an additional 1 minute.

GriLL

Instructions: Chilled: 4-6 mins. Grill on a pre-heated medium grill for 4 minutes turning halfway through cooking. For extra crispy bacon grill for an additional 2 minutes.

Other

Instructions: AIR FRY 180°C Chilled 7 mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place 1 pack of bacon in the air fryer in a single layer. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking.Caution Do not over fill the air fryer.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 6-8 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by 'use by' date shown.
