Best avoided! Struggled to openr the can.
I was really disappointed in this as I love cauliflower and cheese. Tasted very bland with a metallic taste. Nothing like cauliflower and no hint of cheese. Also please use cans that give the choice of using a conventional can opener - the pull ring came away and did not open the can so struggled to open it. Will not buy again instead will buy a product I can open easily, like the system used by Heinz.
Vile - horrible texture and ghastly taste - if I had been blindfolded, I would not be able to tell you what flavour it was meant to be.
I used it as it is as soup. Awful soup... bits of very overcooked cauliflower with a very faint, taste of Wensleydale... is there cheese in it.... and so watery. I bought this as a change as I love cauliflower and cheese. I would not buy it again,

I like cheese and cauliflower but this is the worst tasting soup I have ever had. I had to throw it away.
A matter of personal taste...
This is my comfort food quick hit. If you like mildly salty, creamy, mildly cheesy flavours you will love this. If you do not - it is understandable that you will hate it.
Probably the most horrendously flavoured soup I've ever tried. Had to tip it away. Yuck!

The worst soup my wife and I have ever had. Absolutely tasteless.

Have to agree with many of the other reviewers, this just tastes really weird. I'd go as far as to say it's actively unpleasant. I added a bit of hot sauce and chopped spring onion to make it palatable but would definitely not buy again.
Not the best of the range, but perfectly okay ...
I'm slightly mystified by some of the other reviews ... it's not the best of the range, certainly, (I'd give that accolade to the Winter Vegetable ...) but neither is it disgusting nor tasteless nor watery nor overpowered by garlic. It's fine. It has a very mild flavour, and if you didn't know it was supposed to be Cauliflower and Wensleydale you'd probably never guess, but it's utterly inoffensive with a nice warming, creamy consistency (especially after a long dog-walk in the snow) and perfectly edible. Did everyone else get part of a bad batch?
