Decent strength, low acidity
Described as being unblended Arabica, at the low end of dark-roasted, espresso-sized cup only, having "lingering flavours of dark herbs and fresh earth" (I wouldn't know !). The flavour is uniquely different, not bitter, and certainly lingers, thus ideal for after lunch or washing-away morning cobwebs with a splash of warm milk. If your hankering for coffee is frustrated by a rumbly tummy or acid reflux, it would be well-worth getting accustomed to the taste of fresh earth !
