Preparation and Usage

This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days, taking care not to exceed the use by date. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours.

Oven cook

Instructions: Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.Pre-heat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan assisted ovens) / Gas mark 5. Remove outer label and film lid - product can be cooked in the tray provided. Place the tray of chicken balmoral on to an oven proof dish and place in the centre of the oven and cook for 35 - 40 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear. Remove from the oven, leave to rest for 2 minutes, and serve. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Always ensure that the chicken is cooked throughout and that the centre of the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
