Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 9 mins Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Once oil is hot add the tuna and fry for 9 minutes, turning halfway through. Size and thickness of fish may vary, cooking times are a guide.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
