Preparation and Usage

Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pan fry from chilled for 14-16 mins. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat 1tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place fish into pan, turning occasionally during cooking. Check food is piping hot before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Keep refrigerated. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing.
