Questioning if it was actually meat
If any lambs were harmed in the making of this product i would be surprised. Vile, absolutely vile. Had been looking forward to my lamb kebab. My husband and i had the smallest mouthful and the tecture made us gag. Straight in the bin. The salad naan was lovely, but the main event was missing.
Great For Shepherds Pie!!
Mince and full of flavour and made for a very nice shepherds pie. The price point is excellent too!!! will be buying again in the future!
When cooked it went to mush, disgusting.
Found small bits of green plastic. Had to bin it
Good but not great.
Used this for stove top cooking (scouse). Looked good out of the bag. Once fried ready for cooking it broke down into very small pieces about the size of rice. So if you're looking for something meatier, this isn't it. Flavour was good, not fatty. Would use again but not if I wanted a more meaty dish.
Made a sheapards pie lot off fat in when cooking and very salty over salted would not recommend
This is very poor quality. Far too finely ground to be useful for most meals. Very little flavour. I tried to make a burger with this but it fell apart while cooking. I would not recommend to anyone for anything.
I buy this to add to my dog's kibble. Its normally
I buy this to add to my dog's kibble. Its normally pink but the last batch was brown. The dig would not eat it and it was thrown away. Will not buy again after reading other reviews.
Bad quality, full of pieces of bone.
It's not really mince meat, it's a soft paste made into minced meat shape, the texture is terrible, feels like a paté, tried to make a burger and it was terrible. It's also full of hard bits of bone, I was really afraid of breaking a tooth! Terrible product, won't buy again even if it's on offer.
Is ok if you are desperate
This did not smell very nice whilst cooking it , i much prefer fresh minced lamb but Tesco did not have fresh, but my cheesey minced lamb and kidney bean pasta bake was edible just.
