Preparation and Usage

SimplyCook Chicken Makhani (serves 2), add more fresh ingredients for 3-4.Get Started:Finely chop the onion.Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.1. Bake the ChickenHeat the oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6.Mix the chicken with the Tikka Spice Blend and half of the yoghurt in a bowl, then arrange on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 mins, or until cooked through.2. Make the Curry BaseHeat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat then fry the onion for 5-7 mins, or until golden.Stir in the Makhani Curry Paste.Mix in the passata, then simmer until the chicken is done in the oven.3. Finish the SauceMix all the chicken into the curry along with the Fenugreek Leaves.Turn down the heat to low and add the butter and cream, and stir until the butter has melted.Serve the curry over rice or with naan bread (optional).Enjoy* Make it vegetarian-friendly by swapping out chicken for brocolli.
