Oven

Instructions: Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 25 mins. Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place sachets to one side. Place foil tray in the centre of the oven. Turn steaks halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and ensure celeriac is cooked through and piping hot. Drizzle over the smoky tomato dressing and sprinkle over the herb crumb, to taste. Do not re-heat once cooled.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours days and by ‘use by’ date shown. Not suitable for home freezing.
