Poor quality. It's like they have used lettuce that hasn't sold, chopped it up, and bagged it for resale. Goes off very quickly.
Eat on day of purchase
Should eat on the day of purchase, as goes brown soon after and doesn't stay fresh for very long. Not buying again.
Bad dating
Ordered click and collect this is supposed to have 2+days on it and I only have 1.
Absolutely Fabulous!
Wow! If only other salad veg, and particularly other lettuces, tasted like this did on the day of purchase! Allowance made for it obviously not being quite so good on subsequent days, but this was absolutely fabulous - crunchy, not too sweet, and none of the bitter taste that in my opinion ruins most kinds of lettuce. I had it with lamburger, tomatoes, fried onion and mushroom the first day, with a quiche the next day and as part of a salad sandwich the third day. Well done Tesco - and the grower!
Unappetising
This lettuce is always brown around the edges and very unappealing. I’m not buying it anymore I’d sooner buy a lettuce and cut it myself and avoid getting brown leaves.

Quality was rubbish, 2 or 3 times lately it was turning brown in the packet the day we got it. Not at all appetising.
Brown
Arrived brown!!
Would not order again
No it was really brown
Bad lettuce
My delivery was the 24th April, says you get 2 days I didn’t I got 1 day lettuce is was awful near to expire date, soggy and old had to be thrown away
A little consideration goes far.
Nice lettuce, would have been better if it actually came with 2 days life left to eat it. It’s out of order 2 days is already not a long time to eat it, let alone 1. You should make sure people are at least getting that. People end up buying fresh produce and having to throw it out when it arrives. Just a thought especially for vulnerable/elderly people as they cannot just pop down the shop to replace.
