Japanese style stir-fry noodle with sachets of noodles, stir-fry Yaki Soba sauce, shredded pickled ginger with sweetener, fried shallot and roasted black sesame seeds.Yaki Soba first hit Japanese food stalls in the early 20th century, although called yaki soba it is actually made from ramen noodles, not soba noodles. Combined with a sweet soy flavoured sauce and unique toppings, this delicious dish quickly became a household favourite & today is enjoyed across the world.

Preparation and Usage

For an authentic Yaki Soba with just 5 ingredients...1 Blue Dragon Yaki Soba noodle kit2 Spring onions sliced2 Chicken breasts thinly sliced1 Red pepper sliced1 EggEnjoy!!How to:1 Heat - Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt. Empty the noodles into the pan, making sure they're covered, cook for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, drain and set aside.2 Mix - Add the noodles, sliced red pepper and spring onion to a mixing bowl, crack in the egg and mix through fully coating all the ingredients.3 Sizzle - Get your wok smoking hot and add a splash of oil, fry the sliced chicken until cooked through then add the mixed ingredients stirring occasionally fry for 4 minutes or until the egg is cooked through then add the Yaki Soba sauce and stir for a further 1 minute.Serve - Serve by plating and then sprinkling over the fried shallots, roasted sesame seeds and pink pickled ginger.
