Not worth the Calories
Considering their premium price, these Chocolate and Orange Pots from the Tesco Finest range are a MASSIVE disappointment and not worth the calories, as Prue Leith would say. From the first spoonful, there is no pleasing mouth feel and not even the slightest hint of orange flavour. In fact, if you look at the ingredients you will see that no orange has come within sniffing distance. It's just naff, cheap-tasting and devoid of "real" flavours, full of artificial ingredients that do nothing to bring the pots to a flavourful life. Don't waste your money. They're horrible!
These are ok, but delivered on the 21st use by 21st very poor
Not very flavoursome, orange flavour did not come
Not very flavoursome, orange flavour did not come through well
Very strange artificial orange taste and the middl
Very strange artificial orange taste and the middle wasn't very chocolately.
Tasteless, no tart zing to orange flavour and could barely taste the chocolate. Not good enough for an ordinary range let alone a Finest!
Smooth and well balanced
Bought it as other products from Finest* range are usually of a better quality. Delicious dessert, especially the Belgian chocolate layer. Could be bit bigger tho. Tastes like Jaffa cakes with lovely sweet aftertaste. Loved it
Mouth watering. So delicious you want more.
Really tasty desert to go with the finest meal deal. I would definitely buy again.
I expected this to be a lovely gooey chocolate mousse with a tart orange base. Instead, it is a very disappointing light mousse with a sickly sweet orange coloured base. The taste was so disgusting I had to swill my mouth out with water. Yuck!
Used to love the caramel version, but the orange
Used to love the caramel version, but the orange liquid now replaced this in bottom is vile. Does not even taste like orange, just acrid and unpleasant ( and I love anything citrus). Have still given 2 stars as the chocolate part is still delish. Hope Tesco bring back the caramel version soon.
