Beef Rendang Curry
I made this malaysian beef rendang curry for the first time for my family and they loved it. I would say it is madras hot. I used one jar of the Ayam paste, 1 200g carton of Ayam coconut milk, 2 packs of diced beef, Beef water,1 finely chopped onion & 1/4 tsp sugar. Simmer 2 packs of beef in saucepan for 2.5 hours. Fry onions, add paste, add coconut milk, add beef, add beef water that left over in saucepan and then simmer till desired thickness.
