Chop Chilli Puree a Proper Hot Taste Addition
I use this chilli puree and the Garlic Puree in a lot of my cooking to give it a good hot kick to the flavour. This is excellent added to Chilli con Carne, Spagetti Bolognese or to just spice up any other meat dishes like meatballs and pasta, and even added to beef or chicken casserole or to liven up a home made soup dish. It's a hotter taste than most supermarket sriracha sauces but not overpowering and just enhances the flavour or the food. Both the Chop Chilli Puree and Chop Garlic Puree are good food cupboard staples to have handy for your cooking.
