Shallow Fry

Instructions: Required: 2 medium eggs, 150ml water, vegetable oil, frying pan or waffle iron, whisk, mixing bowl, measuring jug.Medium heat. 2-4 MinsFor Pancakes1 Add the pancake mix, eggs and water to a bowl and whisk into a smooth thick batter.2 Lightly oil the frying pan and heat until hot.3 Add 2 tbsps (30ml) of batter, per pancake, into a pan and cook on medium heat for 1- 2 mins, then flip and cook for a further 1- 2 mins until golden.4 Serve warm with your favourite toppings and fillings.For Waffles1 Follow step 1 above2 Pour desired amount of batter into a lightly oiled hot waffle iron and cook to manufacturer's instructions.- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.
