Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown. This product may have been previously frozen and restored to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. Defrosted: It is suitable for freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results pan fry. Remove all packaging.CautionDo not overfill the air fryer.This product can contain minor bones.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 6 Mins. Melt a knob (5g) of butter and 5ml of oil over a medium heat, add the cod loins and cook for 3 minutes, turn gently and cook for a further 3 minutes.Season with black pepper and salt as required.

Air Fry

Instructions: 200°C 12 mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place cod loins into the air fryer in a single layer. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
