Very bland and watery. Had to leave most of it.
Not the best unfortunately
Sadly, not good, cooks down to a tablespoon of cabbage, in a watery sauce :( Not that tasty either:(
This is sold as a vegetable side dish for two??
I trusted the picture and didn't check the ingredients before buying. It's only 25% cabbage, and 75% gloop. That's 62.5g of veg - not even a single portion - so why is this marketed as a vegetable dish for two? It's just a sauce with a few green bits in. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't pay attention to the quality of the greens (so can't comment on that) as I was just so grateful to find any. It would probably be OK if it was was 80% cabbage and 20% sauce.
Great value, great quality, tastes great
Good quality and tasty, not sure why everyone’s complaining on these reviews lol.
This is not good very sickly, I can't believe they have replaced the lovely "trio of cabbage" with this. Tesco is forever saying "this product has been removed from our range and it seems always to be the things I like best.
This is one of the most unpleasant things I've ever eaten. Gloopy with bitter, stringy leaves and overloaded with garlic. Most of it went in the bin. It would be zero stars if that were possible.
Bitter with an overly strong cheese sauce that was quite piquant almost vinegary
Very small portion, absolutely tasteless & wouldn
Very small portion, absolutely tasteless & wouldn’t buy it again.
Taste is so potent it drowns every other flavour
As another reviewer has stated, the sauce is overpowering. It overwhelms the flavour of whatever else you eat with it. I didn't mind the garlic so much, but there is a slightly bitter taste that had me struggling. I wished like anything I had stuck with the Trio of Cabbage, as this accompaniment was money wasted.
The problem of this is, as others said, the garlic
The problem of this is, as others said, the garlic is very powerful. If they use the same level of garlic in a garlic bread, it should be quite good I believe.
