Instructions: This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
Grill
Instructions: 22-27 minsPreheat grill to medium heat.Turn fillets occasionally.
Oven cook
Instructions: 200º C, Fan 180ºC, Gas 6, 25-30 minsPreheat oven. Place the portions on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven.
