Preparation and Usage

Spread with guacamole and top with a large warm water prawn. Sprinkle with a little Cayenne pepper if you like it hot!Spread with a tangy cream cheese and top with smoked salmon, capers and lemon zest.Serving suggestion on front:Spread a little soft cheese in the centre of the oatcake and top with sliced cherry tomatoes, 'nipped' cucumber, soft cheese and chives - season to taste.
