Preparation and Usage

Serving SuggestionDelicious served with some homemade Cajun potato wedges & coleslaw, or with chunky potato chips and BBQ baked beans.Defrost thoroughly for 24 hours in a refrigerator, once de-frosted use on same day, do not re-freeze. Follow cooking guidelines stated. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Instructions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Adjust times according to oven type. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook.Hot Fan Oven, 200ºC, gas mark 7, 20Regular oven, 220ºC, gas mark 8, 20 minutesPreheat oven. Remove all packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Place ribs on a baking tray lined with foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain off any excess liquid. Pour contents of the sachet evenly over the ribs and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
