Cooking Instructions

Instructions: All appliances vary the following are guidelines only.Ensure product is piping hot prior to serving.Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Place sausages on a rack in preheated grill and cook on medium heat for about 10-12 minutes and turn occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Heat a small amount of oil on the frying pan and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 5°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.Suitable for home freezing, freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
