Instructions: Microwave (800W/900W) and Fan Oven (180°C/Gas 6): Pre-heat oven. Place tray on a microwaveable plate, pierce film lid several times, cook on full power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds (800W) / 2 minutes (900W).Peel back film lid, remove breaded chicken fillet from the tray and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.Carefully stir the rice and sauce components in tray separately, replace film lid and place on baking tray. Turn chicken piece and cook a further 10 minutes.Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or below.Do not refreeze once thawed.
