Keep frozen at -18°C or below.Once opened, use within 2 days and by the date indicated. Do not refreeze once thawed. For best before end see front of pack.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 900W. Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid several times. Heat for 6 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir and replace film. Cook for a further 3 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes, stir and ensure is piping hot throughout before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid several times, place product on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir and replace film. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
