Preparation and Usage

Place alternate layers of roast baby beetroot and cream cheese with chives on the oatcake - add a few drops of balsamic syrup if liked.Top with a few slices of goats cheese and add a slice of fresh strawberry and some crushed black pepper.Serving suggestion on front:Mixed equal amounts of crème fraiche and strong horseradish sauce. Spread the mix on the oatcake and top with flakes of peppered hot smoked trout and a sprig of dill.
