Preparation and Usage

  • Don't worry! Place a heat resistant bowl into a pan or wok. Fill the pan or wok with water until it's 3/4 of the way up the bowl. Line a plate with greaseproof paper and put on top of the bowl. Cover with a lid. So long as there is enough space for your buns to rise, you're onto a winner!
