Preparation and Usage

  • You will need:
  • 350g of lamb, 100g of courgettes & cooked couscous.
  • Lamb may be replaced with diced chicken or assorted vegetables.
  • Cooking Instructions
  • Cooking time:
  • Lamb - 50 minutes
  • Chicken / Vegetables - 20 minutes.
  • Step 1
  • Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and brown 350g of lamb cut into 1" cubes.
  • Step 2
  • Pour 500ml of water into the pan and allow the lamb to cook for 35-40 minutes (if using chicken do not add water). Add the Tagine Sauce and allow to cook on a low heat for another 10 minutes until the lamb is cooked.
  • Step 3
  • Add 100g of diced courgette and the Finishing Sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • For the finishing touch... add the Garnish to the dish and serve hot with couscous.
