Preparation and Usage

  • You will need:
  • 350g chicken breast, 50g of spring onions and steamed rice.
  • Chicken may be replaced with vegetables, pork or tofu.
  • Cooking Instructions
  • Cooking time:
  • Marinating - 10 minutes
  • Chicken / Vegetables / Pork / Tofu - 20 minutes.
  • Step 1
  • Use the Marinade to marinate 350g of chicken breast cut into 1" cubes for 10 mins.
  • Step 2
  • Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan. Add the Garnish, stir frying the peanuts and chilli until light brown. Remove from oil and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Add the marinated chicken to the same pan and stir fry on high heat. Add the contents of the Kung Pao Sauce. Allow to cook on a medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
  • For the finishing touch... add the fried Garnish and serve hot with spring onions and steamed rice.
