I love these sausages. Healthy and tasty. Great with a salad, pasta or veg. Also quick and easy to cook.
My personal guide for a good sausage is if it's as good cold, as it is hot. Circumstances dictated that I had these chipolatas cold, first. I didn't bother to try them hot as I threw the rest in the bin. Awful. Solid rubber tyre texture with absolutely no flavour other than salty and that's after cooking them with garlic!
