Awful couldn’t eat it .. can’t even describe the consistency of it. Not even worth 1p took it back for a refund.

Now Disappointing

We have been buying this product and its predecessor (before Ms Molly Branding) for years. Of late the taste has changed and not for the better, also 2 out of the last 3 delivered were so stale that they were inedible. We did receive refund but there are either production or storage problems with this item. We have ordered again on our forst order for 2020 but unless the taste has returned to how it was and the freshness improved this will be our last ever order for this item,

We LOVE this cake!! Sponge lovely, fruit very tasty, not to fattening either ! Try it... it is so tasty, we feel.

Too dry to be nice

Shame but it was dry and not very tasty. Bought to have at teatime but needed a large cup of tea to go with it as it was not at all moist. Very little fruit.
