INGREDIENTS: Water, Tomato (10%), Tomato Purée, Onion, Modified Maize Starch, Single Cream (Milk) (2%), Coriander, Sugar, Whey Powder (Milk), Spices, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Acidity Regulators (Lactic Acid, Acetic Acid), Ginger Purée, Colour (Paprika Extract), Onion Purée, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Dried Garlic, Garlic Powder.

Preparation and Usage
Chicken Tikka Masala.
Cooking time: 13-19 minutes
Method: Hob.
Ingredients: 400g diced chicken breast; 1 jar (500g) of Tesco Low Fat Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce; 15ml (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil.
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly brown.
2. Add the contents of this jar and stir thoroughly.
3. Cover pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
To serve: Serve with rice or naan bread.
For a vegetarian alternative use a variety of mixed vegetables.
