Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: Water, Pineapple Juice From Concentrate, Tomato Purée, Pineapple (5%), Onion, Carrot, Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Spirit Vinegar, Red Pepper (2%), Green Pepper (2%), Salt, Tamarind Concentrate, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Colour (Paprika Extract), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides).

Preparation and Usage
Sweet & Sour
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients: 500g diced chicken breast, diced pork or prawns; one jar of Tesco Reduced Sugar Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce; 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil.
Method:
1.Heat 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil in a wok or frying pan add the chicken or pork and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked, for prawns reduce frying time to 1 minute.
2. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
To serve: Serve with rice or noodles.
