Microwave

Instructions: 800W 2mins 30 secs / 900W 2 minsDo not remove from packaging.Pierce bag several times and place on a non-metallic plate.Cook on full power.Stand for 1 minute 30 secondsCaution. Take care when handling or opening the pack as hot steam may escape .

Steam

Instructions: STEAM 3-4 mins Remove all packaging. Place in a steamer or steam over boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

Hob

Instructions: HOB - 3-4 minsRemove all packaging. Place in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain well before serving.
