Preparation and Usage
Serves 4
Chicken Curry.
Method: Oven
Cooking time: 40-45 minutes.
Ingredients: 454g diced chicken breast; 1 jar of Hearty Food Co. Curry Sauce; 15ml (1tbsp) of vegetable oil.
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5.
2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in frying pan.
3. Add 454g diced chicken breast and fry until lightly browned.
4. Place the chicken in an oven proof dish, stir in the jar of sauce and cover.
5. Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
Method: Hob
Cooking time: 25 minutes.
Method:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
2. Add 454g diced chicken breast and fry until lightly browned.
3. Stir in the jar of sauce and simmer stirring occasionally for 20 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
Serve with wholegrain rice. Why not stir through a handful of frozen peas 5 minutes before serving.
