Dietary information
Preparation and Usage
To prepare Tacos you require:
1 Tesco Taco Kit
500g minced beef
Additional garnish (optional)
¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded;
2 large tomatoes, chopped;
100g Cheddar cheese, grated.
Step One
Fry the mince until browned and drain off any excess liquid. Add the seasoning, cook briefly, then add 50ml water. Bring to the boil and simmer for around 20 minutes.
Step two
Remove the tacos shells from the packaging. Stand on their open sides on a baking and heat for 2-3 minutes in a pre-heated oven (180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4).
Step three
Spoon the filling into the shells and top with salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, or anything else you fancy.
