Good quality cheddar cheese for using in pasta dishes or sandwiches and lovely on crackers too!
50% reduced fat is a win
I love mature cheese, I love cheddar but I don't love big big waistline.... 50% reduced, normal 10g fat, this 5g per 100g. Love it, bit of butter on my cracker, bit of butter on my jacket potatoes, wedge of this cheese and I'm still in heaven... Win win if TECO makes a block (only 30% in blocks currently). but gradated it's a win... on top of skinless chicken... on my toast...

Rubbery and not very pleasant
We found this a bit too rubbery and the taste was not very pleasant either. Trying to be healthier but I think this one is a step too far. Will try the 30% reduced fat next time

Way better than I expected it to be. As with others reviewing here I have to really watch my saturated fat intake, but love cheese. Since buying this I have not been tempted by the full fat cheese in the fridge used by the rest of the family. It's certainly a harder cheese (more like Parmesan to grate etc.) but tastes fine and stops the cheese craving.

A decent option to full fat cheese.
This is a good option for anyone wanting to eat healthier food. A careful choice of food has lowered cholesterol as an alternative to statins. The cheese isn't as strongly flavoured as full fat cheese, but we use it in sandwiches, toasted, etc., and soon got used to the different flavour.
Flavoursome cheese without the fat
This is really good in cheese sauces - and particularly good for me as I need to avoid saturated fat
