A decent option to full fat cheese.
This is a good option for anyone wanting to eat healthier food. A careful choice of food has lowered cholesterol as an alternative to statins. The cheese isn't as strongly flavoured as full fat cheese, but we use it in sandwiches, toasted, etc., and soon got used to the different flavour.
