One of our trusted Italian growers Santo Garofalo, is a 3rd generation farmer whose family have been growing rocket since 1952. He has 3 farms across the Salerno region, in the south east of Italy. This region has a unique climate, influenced by the nearby Mediterranean Sea and the high mountains a few miles inland, which protect the region from the worst of the winter weather that comes from the north. All our rocket is selected for the highest quality, with an intense peppery flavour.
